These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you and the provider of the Soul Compass. They apply to all orders placed through our website.

The Soul Compass is an individually created, digital report based on your birth data (date, time, place). It draws on six systems of knowledge - I Ching, Western Astrology, Vedic Astrology, Taoist Astrology, Numerology and Human Design - to create a personalized report.
The report is intended for self-reflection and personal growth. It does not constitute medical, psychological or legal advice.
Available variants:
- Adult Soul Compass - for adults (18+)
- Child Soul Compass - for children and teens (ages 0-17) (includes a Companion Profile for parents)
3. Ordering Process
Orders are processed through our payment partner Digistore24 (Digistore24 Inc., 200 Continental Drive, Suite 401, Newark, DE 19713, USA).
Digistore24 acts as the authorized reseller. Your purchase agreement is with Digistore24. We handle the creation and delivery of your report.
How it works:
- You select your product on our website and are redirected to the Digistore24 checkout page
- You complete the payment with Digistore24
- You receive an order confirmation with a link to enter your birth data
- After submitting your birth data, your report is created and delivered by email within 1-3 business days

All prices include applicable taxes. See our homepage for current pricing.
Payment methods are handled by Digistore24 and shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
The completed report is delivered as a PDF by email - typically within 1-3 business days after you submit your birth data.
To generate your report, we need accurate and complete birth data (date, time, and place).
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the Soul Compass isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase - no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply contact Digistore24 through your customer account.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
The Soul Compass report is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for personal use.
You may not:
- Copying or sharing the report with others
- Commercial use or publication (in whole or in part)
- Using the content for your own products or services
8. Limitation of Liability
The Soul Compass is a tool for self-reflection. It does not replace professional advice - whether medical, psychological, legal or financial.
We are not liable for decisions made based on the report. This does not limit our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, to the extent permitted by law.
